When you’re stumped by a particular problem during the creation of a project, what’s your process for getting through it?
I yell at my staff and fire a bunch of people… just kidding. We tend to brainstorm, have meetings to come up with an easier process, and consult the appropriate people outside of our little bubble. Online forums are great for that, since you’ll usually find your answer through someone else’s similar situation. After its all said and done though, you’ve either got a crappy program/service or one that really works. You find out (hopefully early) which ones work and which ones… well don’t.
