When can we expect to begin using this service?
Its already alive and kicking since March of this year. We’ve been working out the bugs in our tracking system and doing so without the need of cookies or code input on our customer’s pages. So overall, its ready to go.

What does the new tracking system track? How does it work with the tracking system I already have on my site?

our new tracking system will work independently of any tracking you use on your site.
We do not require any installation or uploading from you at all.
What is the best time of day, and quickest way to get a hold of you guys if I have any issues with my order? Are there service hours posted somewhere that I’m just not seeing? Thanks

why? because we can track it AND you can track it as well!
operators are online from 10am to 6pm Monday – Friday.
I’m old school and so what if I don’t want to chat online. Is there another way to get in contact with you all?
