Hi There,
As long as the person fills out the form and is then captured for us to email and/ or telephone then that is OK. If you just send them and they are not captured with their information for us to use then that is not OK.
If I pay for 100 or more signups then I want 100 different peoples information for me to use. I want it to succeed and just website traffic does not do it.

Hi Ryan!

Thank you for your post. What we're doing is only charging you for website visitors who actually complete your optin forms. That's not to say that everyone who visits your site from our network will sign up.

Our mission is to send you as targeted traffic as possible so that the cost to us for obtaining each signup is lower (hopefully MUCH lower) than what we're charging for the lead.

Fortunately our traffic base is so huge, that we're able to accomplish this with 99% of all our campaigns.

You claim that your signups are not incentivized, but how is it that you can 100% guarantee the people will fill out our forms without offering them some sort of incentive?
