The support email team is starting to get alot of pre approval requests it seems these days. The approval team in the backend is better at knowing which campaigns they can approve and not approve. They have the tools the email team does not. The main concerns are

if the site breaks out of frame

if there is a pop up on the landing page or thankyou page

The email support can only check for pop ups, not frame breakers.

This is how you can check yourself ahead of time if it will most likely work:

Go to the site, make sure no pop ups come up.

Exit out of site, see if there is an ‘exit pop up’ (“Wait! If you act now we will lower price, etc. CLick okay or cancel.”)

Go back to the site

Fill out a test lead, see if a pop up comes up after.

Exit out of the site after the test lead, see if another pop up shows.

ow this wont test if it breaks out of frame, but it does relieve most headaches. And your campaign can start faster if you know ahead of time!

Greetings,

And thank you for coming to PowerSignUps. A big thank you to our customers, and returning customers. PowerSignUps is changing, but in a good way. PowerSignups is under new management. This means new owners, new customer support, new things.

Things can only go up from here. You may notice better, faster customer support. Better discounts/deals. Friendlier service!

We have lots of plans for PowerSignups. We are looking to expand our reseller base. There is no better time than now to become a reseller and re sell our services to others.

Expect LIVE support on occassion.

We will be offering completely NEW services in the near future. The two main ideas we have are:

Landing Page design – for users that really want to use our services, but would rather have a personal landing page/opt in form but do not have the means to create one

PSU- PowerSignups University. The real “PSU.” In here we will teach users how to gather traffic to their offers by other means along with power signups. How to get lots of money from these leads. How to get your sites on page 1 of Google search engine results.

PowerSignups membership prices. Special prices for users that buy signups at monthly rates.

Stay tuned.

One question we get asked a lot around here, is “Will I make money using your Guaranteed Signups service?”

While there’s no POSSIBLE way we can guarantee any of our advertisers will make money, we’ve been around long enough to give out some pointers that will definitely increase your chances of seeing a HUGE return on your advertising investment with our product.

I’ll start with a simple method to get the series started: use our signups to complete forms for CPA programs that pay per lead.

PROS:

Obviously, if your CPA network or advertiser pays you more than .69 cents per lead, you’re going to be profitable.

CONS:

There are actually 2 reasons why you could have an unsuccessful campaign sending guaranteed signups to a CPA landing page:

PROBLEM 1:

By the time our users see your page, they’re already prepared to complete at least the first form. So, 100% of your visitors from our path will sign up. Most networks will go nuts (in a bad way) if you have 100% conversions to their offer.

HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM:

We recommend you send traffic to the offers your guaranteed signups campaigns are on to balance out the conversion levels. For example, if you purchase 500 guaranteed signups, you should probably be ready to send at least 2000 to 3000 hits to that site during the same time period. If a maximum of 10% of those visitors convert, your looking at a 26% conversion rate which will keep you from closer scrutiny from your network. You can buy traffic anywhere online, or use traffic exchanges to drive hits to your website for less than .01 cent per click.

PROBLEM 2:

The traffic from the guaranteed signups might not back out for the advertisers, and they scrub your leads. While we maintain a high level of quality for the traffic on our network, ultimately we’re not specifically advertising EVERY single website in it’s own way. This means that we’re targeting business opportunity prospects, and you may submit an offer that pays per lead that may SEEM like a business opportunity, but is more geared towards getting experienced business owners to convert.

We don’t make the distinction of your marketing strategies, we simply place your offer on our network and charge you for the users that signup for the offers.

ONE WAY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM:

The reason we created the “100 guaranteed signups” package was to allow affiliates to TEST the quality of the traffic for offers they plan on running through their networks. A great way to do this is to put a landing page with similar verbiage that your CPA offer uses to get the signups, and then follow up with email, or phone, or whatever to make sure the leads are actually interested in the offer, and will create profits for the advertiser you’re going to be an affiliate for.

CASE STUDY:

One case study for this is a customer who was pushing the “Partner With Paul” CPA offer.

First, she created a similar lead capture page to the partner with paul site, and used her own autoresponder to capture and follow up with the leads.

Next, she began to send similar emails as the partner with paul series to see if the leads would actually be responsive to the message.

Finally, after discovering that the leads in fact WERE going to the site and making purchases, she purchased 5000 signups, and made almost $15,000 in under a week. AND GOT PAID on her leads!

Now, everytime she gets a check from the networks who pay for her traffic, she comes right back to PowerSignups.com and purches 5-10,000 signups.

EASY, right?

Again, the test campaigns aren’t there to make you rich, or even hugely profitable. They are there to help you TEST inexpensively and quickly. If you’re a responsible affiliate looking to do the right thing by your advertisers, you will first run a test camapign to your own autoresponder that closely resembles theirs, and once you’ve got the results THEN turn on the traffic and get paid.

Our next “How to PROFIT with Guaranteed Signups” post will explain how to recruit BUYERS into your own offer or mlm downline and make BIG bucks!

Hey everyone!

I apologize for not writing more often, but since we opened the Bulk package program, it’s been a madhouse making sure EVERYONE gets their signups.

I sent out a message to our customers and email subscribers yesterday letting them know what I’m about to tell you here:

We are going to be ending our retail (100-500 signups) package programs by November 1st, 2009.

The reason for this is that with multiple 5,000+ guaranteed signup orders coming in every day, it’s getting harder to find slots for our smaller packages.

If you’ve been wanting to test out a campaign of 100, 250, or 500 signups… now is the time! The prices are lower than any other retail guaranteed signup provider out there, and in some cases almost 50% less expensive!!

BUT….

Our bulk prices are even LOWER!

Most other Guaranteed Signups providers on Google and Yahoo are simply reselling leads from a company that sells them for roughly .20 more per lead than we do, and from what we’ve discovered, nearly all ips are the same!

Those of you who are using PowerSignups KNOW that our signups come from the person filling in the information, and not someone just filling out forms…. hence unique IP addresses and contact info… REAL info EVERYTIME!

So, if you’re reading this, and you want to test us out, GO FOR IT! Unless you just want to go ahead and order a bulk package

Here’s a quick FAQ for bulk packages:

Q: How does the bulk system work?

A: Advertiser or reseller purchases guaranteed signup credits that can be applied to any website in any quantity.

Q: How long does it take to complete bulk campaigns?

A: If you plan on sending 5000 guaranteed signups to 1 website, it would take around 20 days or so to fully deliver. however, if you are planning on breaking those signups into multiple campaigns across several websites, each campaign will be fully delivered within 10 days.

Q: Can I sell these signups or give them away to my customers?

A: Yes. You are allowed to do anything you want with the signups as long as you operate within the limits of our Terms Of Service.

I’ve always loved internet advertising, and there’s a few places that i pulled ideas from as far as traffic handling or billing strategies. In particular, I’ve always had a lot of respect for Craig’s List. It always gave me the impression that it was created by the average guy, and therefore millions of people love it without the whole corporate tyrant persona. That to me is what advertising is all about when I really think about it.

Also, free email programs such as Yahoo mail and Gmail impress me. One could tell that they had to have come from a really forward thinker. These people were smart enough to develop a place that makes people feel secure about their information, even though its probably not. That type of service, that type of comfort, where anybody could feel like they could potentially come to us, is what we strive for.

Originally, I had replied with this answer in the comment section of the Is PowerSignups a Scam post.

After reading it, I really feel like the content answers some of the major questions people have about guaranteed signups; especially those questions relating to quality and how marketing to guaranteed signups is different than SEM (search engine marketing).

I’d really like to see your questions on this subject, and use this as a sounding board for helping our advertisers make more money from their campaigns.

However, a large portion of people who choose to advertise with guaranteed signups simply don’t market to the leads correctly. For one, purchasing guaranteed signups shouldn’t even be compared to pay-per-click or search marketing. You can’t expect to get the same results from two completely different forms of advertising. ESPECIALLY if you’re attempting to market the exact same way.

For instance, let’s say you have a “make money from home with ebay” type offer.

You put up a search campaign for “make money with ebay” type keywords. You have a text ad that comes up in the search results, and your web page goes into further detail about making money from home with ebay.

The filtering process for search looks something like this:

1. Keywords: Only get searches from people who want to make money online with ebay

2. Ad Text: Only get clicks from people who want to know more about what YOU’RE saying in regards to making money online with ebay

3. Web Page: Only get signups from people who feel your offer is exactly what they were looking for from the beginning of their search.

In contrast, the filtering process for guaranteed signups looks like this:

1. Interest: Your website is visited by people who are interested in ANY type of home business, or make money program.

2. Web Page: Only get signups from people who feel your offer MIGHT be interesting to them

As a marketer, especially as a marketer with a budget (all of us), it’s your responsibility to know which form of advertising best meets your ROI (return on investment) requirements. If it costs $49.95 on search to get 10-20 prospects for you to market to with a 5% conversion rate on those prospects, and $49.95 on guaranteed signups for 100 prospects to market to with a 1% conversion rate on those prospects, then you’r making more money with the guaranteed signups.

If the search example above yields a 10% conversion and the guaranteed signups only brings in a .5% conversion, then you’d be crazy to choose guaranteed signups over search.

Moral of the story?

Certain offers, budgets, and technical skills require different advertising methods. Before you sink your money into any advertising method, definitely make sure you know EXACTLY wat you want to get out of it.

Good Luck!

I yell at my staff and fire a bunch of people… just kidding. We tend to brainstorm, have meetings to come up with an easier process, and consult the appropriate people outside of our little bubble. Online forums are great for that, since you’ll usually find your answer through someone else’s similar situation. After its all said and done though, you’ve either got a crappy program/service or one that really works. You find out (hopefully early) which ones work and which ones… well don’t.

Mainly the quality of the traffic that we’re sending to the advertisers. Again, if someone wants a particular targeted audience, its our duty to get them a little primed up for your program so that they have a relatively good idea about what they’re getting themselves into. Aside from that, we concentrated on getting the tracking fully functional and building a strong communication with the advertisers. We wanted to ensure that our operations are transparent to our clients so that they are kept informed and are at ease during the whole process. As soon as they sign up, we want them to know what’s going on from the start to finish of that order.

We do have something in the works. Its a guaranteed sign up reseller affiliate program that will allow anyone who wants to resell Power Sign Ups, the opportunity to purchase them in bulk and at a substantially lower price, so that they can rebrand it and sell them for whatever price they wish and we’ll be able to track for them how they are signed up and for whom. Through us, they’ll be able to manage it all from a very simple to use back end system and to possibly make money selling our services.
